Booting problem

    Hi all,

    Im having trouble getting my cisco router to boot the IOS image automatically. Every time I start the thing up, it loads straight into rommon mode and I have to manually boot from there. Ive tried

    Router(config)#no boot system
    Router(config)#boot system flash:c3660-is-mz.123-1.bin

    but with no luck. Any usefull suggestions would be appreciated.

    Most likely the config register is set to boot into rommon. Do sh ver to see the config register value.
