Has anyone ever used the McGraw Hill Windows 2000 Pro Lab Manual?

I haven't used any of the mcgraw hill books for exam prep so can't comment. I prefer to use the Microsoft study guides

It's interesting how different people take to different lines of books, I found the Sybex books which I tried when doing the MCSE to be too light, I preferred the Microsoft books though they aren't perfect by any stretch. One exception though was the Sybex CCNA book by lammle.
