Some of the other biggies like TNT, APC and FedEx are pretty reliable... mistakes happen on any system, although some have a lot more problems than others!!

 

I won't ever use Fed-Ex again after they managed to dent two servers we had delivered so badly that they wouldn't operate.

How they managed to do that I have no idea...

So, after City Link failed so misserably at delivering my HDD, I was somewhat sceptical about receiving my new TV on Saturday (next day delivery!) and how right I was.

As usual, I waited and waited but to no avail. At around 3pm their site was updated to "attempted delivery - card left" at 2.20pm, so much for amazon's "gauranteed by 1pm". Annoyingly the only thing I could do was get a refund on the p&p..

It has been the same driver with both my last 2 parcels, maybe I should put in a complaint against him.. I do have CCTV in my area to back up my case.. hmm.

 

If you ask them nicely, they may consider painting them pink for you
