anyway, thes test that i mentioned about <plonker user> would be happening next week, it seems after a *informal* discussion with my manager that they *already* know of <plonker> lack of IT skills, but <plonker> mentioned that <plonker> was dedicated, committed and eager to learn in the interview...

3 month probabation anyway, to see if <plonker> can be a <user> and then have the potental of becoming an IT Tech...

We'll see...

I am pleased to report that after all of the questions <plonker> has been given me, i will be promoting the status to <user>.

<User> is doing me proud, learning the basics, and i anticipate that <user> will be promoted to <IT newbie> within the next few months.
