Hi. Does anybody knows with from the Linux IRC servers (deamons) is the best one ??

Important criteria:

* must be free
* advanced (the basic one are for the beginners or n00bs)
* can have GUI (but it isn't matadory)
* should have full documentation avaliable (in package or internet)

erm - i've not touched this subject in a while...

but from what i remember i used to use either unrealircd and hybrid

easy to config although has a lot of features and stable
what more can you ask for?

 

And FREE!

Ratbox IRCd is good too. Nice and simple. Very stable.
