Anyone watch that game show Ninja warrior and feel they could complete the course easily?

    I watch it every weekend and furiously shout instructions to the contestants through the TV and give feedback on where they went wrong. I am thinking of applying because it doesn't look difficult and I need to see if how I vision myself flying through the course in my head is different to the reality.

    I would enjoy it. But I have weak arm strength, and many of their obstacles require it. All my power comes from my legs and chest. Nature of the TKD beast, I guess.

    Chang-hun style, not affiliated with ITF, WT, or ATA. Military-style forms like those taught by ITF, but straight-line movement, not sine-wave.
