The default for webmail on my VPS is Horde and it's starting to look a little old and "clunky".

My host (Layershift) has offered me a Plesk front end u/g to V9 which will give an updated Horde but also allow use of atmail.

I've had a look and see it's got an Outlook sync module which could be really useful but any comments from other users (and on Plesk v8 against v9) would be helpful.

I've used atmail on Layershift host (v9).

I haven't used Outlook sync feature but other than that it was great.

    What are your concerns exactly?
In my opinion it's a lot better than Horde.

No concerns really about atmail - I just found Horde supplied with v8 of Plesk a bit old and clunky and fancied a change to something that looked a bit slicker.

Other than that, concerns were only if someone said that Plesk v9 had any problems/issues.

By the sounds of it a move would seem sensible.

    Definately mate.

Horde indeed isn't the greatest looking webmail client. :D

Well my VPS has been upgraded to Plesk 9.3.0 and jolly nice it is too :biggrin

The Horde webmail client has also had an upgrade but I'm trying out atmail on one domain and it's pretty slick as well. Might try the Outlook sync plug-in to see how effective that is.
