    Like the title asks:

It seems like ages to either book an exam or view your history... Yesterday I wanted to try to reschedule my exam for a later time and just gave up... Today, I can't remember what time my exam is and so far it's been 5 mins on "processing your request"

Yep I totally agree, it has been very very slow for me (to the point where a page comes up stating the information cannot be displayed at the moment), I think I am just going to book my 220-602 direct with the test centre if that is possible?

It is even worst for me. I could not checked my 70-271 exam date.I was sure it was set up for 26 of June. But it was scheduled for 18 of June. And I did not show up for the exam.:mad I've just called them.Fortunately they rescheduled the exam for free on 26 of June as I asked for. However If I failed there is no option to retake the exam for free. So I have to pass first time.Hopfully I will :biggrin
The Prometric service on the phone was good and the man was polite and helpful. So I can not complaint. It was rather my fault I did not check the date in advanced.

Yeah from personal experience the telephone experience has been top-notch. The site just plain sucks sometimes though.

The first time I used them I spent more time staring at white pages than I did on the actual website!
I went back a couple of days later to book my 70-271 exam and I was finally able to do it :)

Yep, it's slow. Know why? All the second-shotters trying to schedule before the June 30 deadline.

I tried to book an exam a few weeks ago and it was incredibly slow. I gave up in the end because the pages were timing out. So I doubt it's second shotters causing it.

Oh and why can't they (in this day and age) have a system like Pearson Vue where you put your address in and it searches for your nearest center? No, I simply get a list of all the centers in the UK and have to trawl through it. Pretty pathetic really.
