Any experince with NeoSynergy?

Anyone familiar? I've been in discussions with them to start up on a e-learning course for MCPD for 2k and the MCITP - DBA was chucked in for 250. 2250 total?

I currently work in Retail and am looking to get into IT, I'm a hobbyist developer working in C, LPC, PHP etc.

1) Do you guys know anything about NeoSynergy Training?

2) -If- they are, Am I even shooting in the right direction? I'm not adverse to e-learning and I'm certainly willing to put the hours in. But are the above certs attainable for an individual looking to get his feet through the door and will they do the job?

3) If not, where should I be looking?
