Been lurking arount these 'ere forums for about a week or so now, so I thought I should say a brief hello and all that

I currently watch paint dry for a living (a paint sprayer) and have been advised I must leave the trade or I will have respiratory problems in years to come. So I'm hoping to get into IT, I'm currently studying the A+ course and enjoying it, I have already passed the O/S exam and the H/W part is booked for early June. I plan to study for N+ after that.

Been hanging around just to take advice about breaking into this industry and i have just started applying for entry level jobs. I have found this site excellent for advice, and Its nice to see I'm not the only one who is studying for a career change.
