    Hi All,

I've been in IT for a few years but I still have taken the exam route until now. I've been a 'jack of all trades' but it would be good to broaden my knowledge by taking some exams.

I'm not much of a fan of exams so I've decided to study the 70-620 MCTS Configuring Windows Vista Client to ease myself into the MS way of learning and exam structure.

I know that this isn't probably the best place to ask questions but I hope you can answer an easy one for me. Does the exam I'm taking count towards an MCSE or is it completely seperate now? I'm interested in taking more exams but want to choose the right direction now rather than regretting my choices in the future.

Any advise would be appreciated :)

Yes - you can use it as either the client exam or an elective exam (but not both) for the MCSE.
