Hi, You've found the right place! :D

Depends if you are self motivated or not, some poeple need face to face stuff others don't.

Give the self study a try and save your self some money.
Plenty of poeple here to help you who have done A+.

You could even find a study partner, somebody here through this forum.

The only cost is books which you'll need to buy anyhow.
My A+ cost £88.00 + exam fee which was for books ( 2nd hand of ebay) and an exam prep tests.

    Hi welcome

I am currently self studying for the A+

All you need is CompTIA A+ certfication All in one exam Guide 6th edition By Mike Myeres and PC Technician Street Smarts by James Pyles and a computer you can practice stuff on i.e one from a junk shop or recycling centre would do.

The cost of my studies has been around £80 including the comp I got all thats left to pay is the exams when I get round to doing them.

    hi!!!!!!
well i think u could do self study...and i m sure you'll get tru it yourself...thats wat i did myself when it came to A+....as for MCSE ,i studied in a training centre in India...coz its much cheaper..real chaep!!!!!!!....and intructors were great too...suprisinglingly...but d bottom line is....i got true and passed all my 7 modules..and at a same time had a bash of a time coz i holidayed in goa,india..its was like work hard..party harder...all inclusive of training fees.....Can u believe that!!!!!!!!!!from pick up from d airport to everyday meals......all inclusive...but den if ur serious...and jus wanna study by ur own....self study is recommended...so its all upto you!!!!!!!!!and im sure you'll do Great

    all d best....xxx

I understood, "MCSE", "training centre in India", "cheap", "had a bash", "party harder", and "passed all my 7 modules", and knew all I needed to know about the quality of training she got. :dry

If anyone thinks it's a good idea to go to India to a "training centre" to become an instant MCSE, you need to sit down with one of our counselors here at CertForums and have a nice, loooong discussion.
