Chris at Zial called again. They have another job for me. Actually it's just expanding the same network I worked on for them before plus documenting it. Mo' money...but I have to do it Wednesday night after work. That's the night before the great American feeding frenzy so I was hoping to relax with the fam. Oh well, only one night and I will be getting a four day (unpaid) weekend, so I need the dough. Ironically, I'll need a utility to do network diagrams with. I used the LANFlow demo before but it's long expired. I may end up spending more money on the product than the job will be worth.

Can you not download the DEMO version again, just for this 1 job

 

My assumption was that somehow, like MS products, it would detect that the demo had been activated on the machine before and refuse to work. That problem was solved though. I found a disk someone had burned me of Visio 2000 Standard (demo) so I've got a diagraming tool that will do the job.
