Another ITIL V3

Another one for the ITIL V3 foundation. I passed with 85% so back to the technical stuff now.

I already have the V2 foundation and work provided a CBT so thats what I based my revision on. We are also a ITIL environment so we follow the processes day to day. One thing I would say that I think might have been mentioned before is to learn the "official" ITIL way of doing it not necessarily what you have implemented at work.

Congrats on the pass as it's definately good to have the soft skills too, I'd be sitting my HDI service desk analyst exam soon as I was given a free exam voucher.
