Is it traceable when a scan is initiated using a SSH tunnel?

I need some more info: What kinda scan, and where is the tunnel terminating - what is the concern here

 

I want to initiate port scanning on my machine from another machine which is tunneled using an account in cjb.net. Will that scan be traceable and will the machine's IP from which i initiated the scan be revealed if tracked back?

 

i am holding on more answers too
