Alternative microsoft objectives

I just wondered if anyone out there produces a alternative to Microsoft objective sheets that maybe drill down to 4rd, 5th, 6th sub-levels giving greater a detailed study guide to work from (not a cram guide). Everything i have seen so far is either the same, in a different order or very patchy.
