enter lots of 12 week contracts then change of job titles after 12 weeks!

 

Interesting, always going to be a loophole though - just as dales said.

Seems to be more geared around what in IT we'd probably call temp workers rather than contractors.

Yup, definately agree - also common to see some 6-9 month contracts on certain ones also
