    Hi, first post here.
Just after a bit of advice really.
I've been a System Administrator for 5 years but now I'm looking for something more hands on like a network engineer. My current job is mainly IT support, monitoring a UNIX system, performing Level 1 interventions with UNIX scripting and SQL, using MS Access databases to produce reports for Management. I have no hands on work experience with cisco equipment.
If I study and pass the CCNA, and with my current work experience, what sort of job would I be looking to apply for?
I know experience is king so before I start the CCNA, would just like to know if what I have would be worth anything in a job that mainly deals with cisco equipment.

    Many Thanks
    Paul
