A load of new guys have been interviewing at the company i'm at and i was perusing through their CVs and noticed most of them had a+, n+, MSDST and ADITP, all from some academy called Zenos? I've searched this forum and they seem to be a training provider, but what exactly is ADITP?

It's this: Advanced Diploma for IT Practitioners. A level 3 City & Guilds Diploma.

Any qualification is worth having, imo. It depends on the expectations on gaining that qualification.

Being a level 3 qualifications & by C&G's, it's recognised in about 100 countries and will assist in getting you into Uni or a higher level qualification (NQF level 4 and above). And it doesn't expire.

Are there better qualifications out there? Yes
Are there worse qualifications out there? Yes

Just like every other qualification out there :)
