    Hello again all!

I'm currently waiting to sit my A+ exam at the end of this month, (got there in the end)! Then I have the N+ all ready to crack on with.

After reading a few posts, it seems that a good idea would be to start thinking about looking for a helpdesk/1st line role already. Especially as I have a fair bit of customer service, and even call centre experience.

I've noticed some of the positions I have seen advertised require Active Directory, and Exchange experience. I was wondering if anyone knows of any good free or paid resources for learning the basics/intermediates of these. Or any suggestions of what else I could learn to help get me that first job?

I have used Outlook for a number of years, I also have set up a few virtual domains in VirtualBox. Where the most I seem to have achieved is join a domain, remote desktop and play around with new users groups a bit!

    Many thanks,

    M
