    Q 1, I think you are spot on with A.

    Q 2, I would say B as the first thing to check would be to see if the ram was firmly in place.

    Q 3, I am with you on Keystone.

    Q 4, I am not sure on this one but I think a.

    Weird,
    You are making the same mistakes I did, the question relating to the memory, I went for the same as you thinking you need to inform the PC it has more memory by updating the BIOS when infact you would get a memory error informing you the memory has changed or does not match. If you read the question very slowly I started to read it as - It's as if the PC has no idea the memory is there at all, no messages, no beeps. The answer is B, the DIMM is not seated not properly.
    For the last question my "gut" instinct was A but I went for the one about the Win95 drivers not bein removed as I was sure I read this was a common problem, always go with the "GUT" as I am starting to realise.
