You should edit it in paint underlining the browser names and send it back with lots of angry smilies

Sadly no. As a result of my epic inability to fix such a complex issue I have handed in my MCSA and will now take a job cleaning out the ape enclosure at bristol zoo.

Last I heard the company I worked for went under as a direct result of not being able to access training software. The finance department were trying to rub keyboards together to make fire as I left the building

Well John, the most retarded bit is they already have IE installed so its not just a helpdesk fail but a super fail on the part of the finance guy. Can we get a facepalm smiley somehow?
