    Just a quick one guys,

Going through software restriction policy's and specifically the 3 security levels.

    Disallowed
    Basic User
    Unrestricted

Now, it says in my book that the Basic User policy only works in Windows Vista and NOT Windows 7. Is this correct?
If so, why would M$ leave it in W7 if it didn't work?

There's no answer on Technet apparently, either

Is the Software restriction policies 'basic user' security level broken in Windows 7?

The other one to note is when you have AppLocker policies in place, they only work with Windows 7 and above.

Yes, that's correct. Only 2 policies on Win7.
