    OK, SO....

I felt this deserved it's own thread because I'm both happy and upset about this.

I passed yesterday with 900/1000 (They added more questions too which was nice) after a test ending in disaster last time due to various errors in the test itself.

Now, I sat this test with an extra month of hardcore revision under my belt so I'm proud of my score but the test FROZE three times.

I have filed another complaint with Pro Metric because I had to move workstation 3 times despite telling the TC Staff I'd be fine where I was it's just an application hang, Just quit to Task manager and quit / restart the program. They insisted on moving me and turning the PCs off WITHOUT shutting down. As a tech I felt this disrespect for equipment was not a happy time!

I know the software as I have loads of experience fixing virtually the exact same thing for a year ;)

Anyway, yeh, THREE TIMES they moved me due to the S/W fookin up.

Just worth throwing out there. If you're taking the 680 expect at least one crash. I'm not the only one it happened to that day. That session in fact.

    Heads up. ;)

Cheers guys. If i'm honest I think it's the Drag and drops that b0rk the test engine. It seemed to hate making those work. ;)

Didn't crash at all when I took it, then again I failed so I guess that's why;) Congrats!

Congrats on the pass. Not sure I would have coped with that many software failures in an exam.

It was a right pain in the arse but I reckon it's the PCs in that centre tbh. They seem to load the tests a little too slow and generally cower from any kind of user input. The first time I went in aside from the major test failures the Hard drive in the first machine I used was goosed. I could hear the plates touching it was that bad.
I've lodged a quality note with PM anyway. As this is their main centre now in Manchester I would have thouht they'd kit it out properly.
I'll still keep going to that one though with it being literally on my way to work. The price of convenience, eh?
