Ah I'm so happy as I thought it was very tricky and I was quite surprised about the amount of questions (it was towards the top band)

Anyway I passed with a score of 805, what a relief!

What materials did you use and have you supported xp/office in a work enviroment?

 

Thank mate, I used CBT Nuggetts training vids for both exam and MS Press Books and Exam Cram books for both exams.

I'm an Application Support Technician so I support our Apps on XP, Windows 7, Server 2003/08, SQL 05, 08 etc... on a daily basis, so not specifically supporting XP but applications within it. I've been doing that for about 4 years.

Very nice... well played, sir... well played. Can you give a rough estimate of how many questions you had. I hope I don't take too long reading the questions and answering them when I sit my exam. Planning on sitting the 70-271 in March and 70-272 in June. Sitting it mid-month so if the worst happens I can (hopefully) sit the retake before the deadline.

Roughly there were about 10 more questions than I encountered in 70-271 and the 70-272 mock exams, but don't worry mate you have plenty of time, if you're stuck on a question 'mark it for review' and move on to the next. I had about half an hour at the end to review a small number of questions.
