Ive got my A+ Technician exam this Friday (Is it classed as the 602 exam?)

Im semi looking forward to it. My essentials exam went fine and i passed with flying colours.

Ive heard that that 602 exam is easier than the 601, can anyone confirm that? and if so, how much easier?

Also to the people who have taken the 602 exam, were there alot of questions about Laser Printers and the components in them? Thats the main part im struggling with for some reaon, i just cant seem to get my head around them!

Does anyone have any good tips on how to have a good cram session?

I found the 602 much easier than the essentials.

Visit the cramsessions website and download their free PDF for the 602, it came in handy when I did mine.

my exam is next wednesday for the 602, let me know how you get on. however ive got the A+ CORE exam on tuesday. - i havent had many people take that exam.

 

There is no more A+ Core exam. The A+ Core exam was retired last year.

Perhaps you mean A+ Essentials.

I have tried telling Alih this but he says he has to do the core exam and IT technician exam with his training provider, he has already done essentials.

Sounds like they are ripping him off.

 

Ask him to supply the paper numbers this should make him realise.

Considering the guy says he has passed one minute, then says it was a practise exam the next makes me think he hasn't a clue on what he's doing.

in case he reads this .....

you only need to do two exams for A+ 601 followed by either 602. 603, or 604

most people do 601 and 602

already told him that about 50 times, I think he is confusing the practices the training provider has given him to the real thing. I am lost now to wether he is actually doing the exams or just practicing
