    are these still available??? ive been to prometric site and it says something about signing up to 'ramp up' but cant see any place to register. would like this as i am about to book my 70-290 test

    Sorry mate, you're about 3 months too late for this year's second shot. However you can still get between 15%-25% off MS exams here (the 70-290 has 15% off).
