291 - Calculator

    Hi, I'm booked in to do 291 on Monday and I'm hoping someone here can tell me if the calculator provided on the console is the same (or similar) as the one shipped with Windows? Cheers.

    Thanks for the link, thats good to know because I've nailed subnetting but ONLY with a calculator, im ****ting my self for this exam but at least this is one less thing to worry about.

    I'm not saying you shouldn't check yourself with a calculator... and I'm not saying that you can't pass the exam by only using a calculator... but you **really** need to know how to subnet in your head... not just for the exam, but for real life. If it's not clicking for you, find other ways of explaining it until one of the explanations makes the lightbulb in your head turn on. One of them WILL do it for you, I promise you... just gotta find the style that works best for you.
