I just bought a 2006 Mike Meyer's A+ examination and guide to practice.

Q: Can I use it for 2008 220-602 examination? (please say yes )

    What he said ^

Also to add if its the all in one exam guide 6th edition you have then read it all.

Some people are under the impression that you only read sections of the book but reading it all is the best way.
