2008 R2 and W7 Books (not exam related)

Anyone recommend a Server 2008 R2 book. Want to buy one to read and not sure which to buy as they all have pretty good reviews for once. Want it to go into depth on Server 2008 R2 and get into the nitty gritty. I'm torn between the Unleashed book and Mastering 2008 R2 by Mark Minasi. Even the MS book looks ok. Anyone read any of them?

Also just to be a pain any recommendations on a Windows 7 in depth book as well. Was looking at the Windows 7 Inside Out book and Windows 7 Administrator's Pocket Consultant book.

Mark Minasi never fails to please.

 

I was favouring Mark Minasi's book so will opt for that one unless anyone else can suggest a better book (if there is one).
