I have my 2nd interview for a 1st lube support analyst tomorrow.

I have had a look at the current threads already posted by users but i am still a little unsure exactly what to expect.

Will it be technical? I did a little test on the 1st interview, do you think they will make me do another one?

Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure about other people's experiences but the technical side of it was all done in the first interview, the 2nd interview for me was a way for the Director to size me up and get his opinion of me - nothing technical, purely based on personality and where i saw myself going with the company.

If you have gotten through to a second interview after already doing a technicial interview, then as Simon says, it will be more of a "getting to know you" interview. Saying that though, I had two technicial's before a final third "getting to know you" interview. Good luck!

Every companies interview process is different so all anyone can really say is go in confident and do your best.

My most recent interview experience was getting to know you first, technical second. Technical was good fun though (weirdly) I was given scenarios and asked how I would deal with them, each time pushing me to see how much I knew with the wonderful follow up question "what if that doesn't work?"

Had my first interview for IT 1st line role 2 weeks ago, got through to 2nd interview format was as described.

1st stage technical test + interview

2nd stage interview, trying to find out motivation for applying etc
