Hi all,

Any chance someone might be able to help?

i have several 1700 routers for a homelab and i have noticed the integrated 10/100 port does not trunk - this is ok i guess.

However does anyone know whether its possible to trunk on the WIC Fast Ethernet ports available for the 1700? I would have hoped so, because i might need to buy a couple.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

trunk as in, vlan trunk?
on the router end you need to set up sub interfaces as far as i remember
fa0.0
fa0.1
fa0.2
..
fa0.255
etc
