1394 Clarification

Hi,

Reading different speeds for 1394. I've had 400 mbps and 1.2 gps for 1394a, and 800 mbps and up to 3.2 gps for 1394b!

Would be very grateful if anyone could clarify what they should be.

Um - no idea where those higher speeds came from! References please?

Original is 400Mbps and b is 800 Mbps.

Many thx for the link. I'll have a good read.

The two books I've been studying are A+ Guide to Managing and Maintaining your PC (mapped for 2003) and MM's Passport. In addition, I've been using prep tests (3/4 different).
