Wink Freeserve automatically connects seconds after disabled / disconnection !

Dear All,

After disconnecting / disabling a Freeserve connection it automatically reconnects seconds afterwards. Have looked at properties but can't find solution - any offers will be gratefully received - thank you very much!

In IE...

Tools > Internet Options > Connections ...select 'never dial a connection'
