Cisco Systems has announced that the hands on practical exam for its new, expert level Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE) designation will be available for the first time on August 26, 2009, in Chicago, London, and Hong Kong. Registration is currently open. The cost is $1400, and you must pass the CCDE qualification exam before you will be allowed to register. For registration steps, visit the CCDE website. If you want a taste of what the test will be like, try the online demo (you will need to register as a user first).
