Does anyone know when 70-567: Upgrade: Transition your MCPD Web Developer Skills to MCPD ASP.NET Developer 3.5 is being made available?

"Exam 70-567: Upgrade: Transition your MCPD Web Developer Skills to MCPD ASP.NET Developer 3.5 (available soon)"

I'm assuming it's therefore still in development.
