talktalk and outlkook

DOes anyone know how i would configure my talktalk account so that i ccould access it from my outlook program. IM trying to get this to work at the moment but having little luck.

Mate you are a star, i have been ripping my hair out and basically i did all that but i was using mail.talktalk.net in both and not using smtp.talktalk.net.
