My 'up to' 8MB broadband goes at 3MB on a good day, what's an 'up to' 200MB connection going to give me in real life, 25MB?

WIP: yet to decide
for 200mb they'll use fiber which means very low attenuation so distance from the exchange wont be such an issue. the problems will come when everyone starts competing for all the bandwidth
