Load balancers - Content Service Switches

I'm getting to grips with a Cisco CSS 11500 we have at work.

It's quite a clever piece of kit - anyone used them before?

I found a great 'getting started' document here:

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/117...lb_config.html

There's a flash movie intro to content switching as well here:

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/...xne/swc_pg.htm

Part of my new role is to know this thing inside and out - anyone know of any other good resources?
