Hmmmm. Odd. I replaced the link and it works for me. You could go to CNN.com and try searching for "Car Over Police Car". Don't know why it wouldn't work for you. Here's the "raw" URL:

seems to redirect to just www.cnn.com/video so you get the latest vid

Maybe the moral of the story is to not get a ticket, become angry at the world and then decide to train as a terrorist?
