Hello world of Cert Forums,

I am Haroon Mustafa, 18 year old newly employed apprentice for a community college.

My tasks will be standard first line support, server maintenance and general PC/Laptop troubleshooting.

I will be assessed on my apprenticeship which will last for 18 months.

I am incredibly pleased with my placement and i am really eager to do well. So i am making preparations like signing up to forums to help me.

The reason why i am signing up to forums is because when i run in to a problem at work, or i need advice i know i can come to Cert Forums for professional advice and reliable help.
