Help with skills measured on Outlook 2013 (77-423)

I have gone through the entire list of skills measured on the Microsoft learning page, and I can do every one of them, except one.

There is one that says "Change quoted text colors", and it is under the heading of "Automate Outlook". I have checked under the options and tried configuring Styles and just can't seem to find the option.

Maybe I'm just not understanding it properly, I'm assuming they want the color of the text to change automatically as soon as you put quotes around the word, does anyone know how to do what they are asking?
