Bit early perhaps but started thinking about this now as I spend most of December in the pub :)

At the moment Server 2012 is a definite for me but I would like to add an Exchange 2013, Lync 2013 and possibly Sharepoint 2013 cert next year.

    Anyone else got any plans?

I've been planning on doing a network cert for about 4 years now, so hoping to high heaven that I can get my CCNA done early part of next year!

Then would be really good to cover a server exam too to join up to it! Not sure which yet though!!!

Yeah mate, working in a network support role, so using Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper, Bluecoat etc! Plenty of exposure, just really need to get the exam terms commited to memory and actually do it! Lol. Just a matter of finding the time and the money! Always easier said than done!!!!

Really have to get off my ar** and study for/take the 686 as I really need this to then continue onto the upgrade exam for MCSA: Server 2012 as a step towards the MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure.

I'm currently in a new role and it's only a 3-month temp-to-perm, so in Jan we'll negotiate me continuing here (or not) and then maybe I can concentrate on the certs once more...

VMware VCP Cloud\IAAS and anything else VMware. Not too sure I will be doing any more Microsoft certifications, may have a look at Server 2012 but not holding my breath on that.

Server, System Center and SQL 2012. Exchange, SharePoint and Lync 2013.

I also need to go and sit the MCITP in Exchange/Lync/SharePoint at some point, but I'll hopefully do that this year.

EDIT: My signature just reminded me that I also need to look at doing CCNA at some point. I'm 80% there on all of the above (apart from 2013), but in between 50-60 hour weeks I'm finding it tricky to find time to sort out that remaining 20% and sit the exams!

I would love to have done some sort of Citrix VIAB certification, but they don't do a cert track for it :(

Will be doing Windows 2012 (at least the MCSA certification, one exam done already). Considering something different like the Exchange 2013 certification track - but to be honest I haven't had much luck with the Exchange exams :)

Apart from that, will try to do the T848 Managing technological innovation.

My 2013 plan is to catch up on what I've not done in 2012, due to being at work for every hour god sends.

Was looking to get my MCPD for Web Developer but as they seem to be retiring them I've got no chance now! Going to get what I can done of the MCTS for Web Applications. Then come July I plan to move onto the 2012 technology. :)

I might actually get off my arse and do a cert for a change.

I looked at my MS Transcript the other day and it said last recorded activity was in 2009. What with actually doing a job and having a life certs go on the backburner (don't they for everyone?). I don't think I'll work too hard though and may just do the Windows7 exam. That way I'll have certified in every MS Desktop OS (with the exception of Me) since Windows 98.

I am thinking, MCITP (70-680/685), Windows 8 upgrade exam after passing the Win7, and then I will be looking at Server 2012... from there I don't really know, as I guess all depends on what the market will be looking for at the time.

in fact, i quite fancy getting the compTIA N+ and Security+ before hitting Server 2012... but we shall see

My plan is to actually finish the 70-291 late Jan/early Feb,which completes my MCSA 2003. I'll then be doing the 3 exams of MCSA 2008, and hopefully the CCENT or something a little different.

I feel I just need a big year to "catch up" with where I wanted to be, this year has been very wasted in terms of certs, but very productive in my general career and salary. I want to spend 2013 balancing the two out as much as I can!

Think of buying this to kick myself up the arse to do my MCSA 2008 and upgrade to the MCSE 2012: Server Infrastructure. 13 months for 6 exams... doable I'd say.
