Hi all,

Without going into too much detail, my company is recruiting for several 1st and 2nd line helpdesk staff, ideal oppurtunity to get exposure to enterprise systems.

Having trouble getting people in that are technical enough at the moment.

what sort of experience are they looking for?

 

Breif overview

End user support, desktop applications accustomed to the business.
Imaging machines using SCCM, installing software for users
Printer troubleshooting
General windows 7 administration & experiene (XP too up until December)
Hardware fault finding, replacement, setting up desks for new users
