Career Change 25th Feb - 28th June First Job

I would like to say thank you to everyone on this board for their wonderful advice, critique and help.

Got my first IT support role last week and started my first day today. So far so good, and the feedback (even though it was just first day) was very positive!

If you are just starting off, getting A+ and MCDST really helped. Working on N+, manager said the company will pay for the exams (if i pass) !

The only MCDST course I can find in my area is for Windows XP. Which OS was yours for?

MCDST is designed for Windows XP only from my understanding. If you mean vista and windows 7, those are MCTS exams.
